Shanti Kelemen

Co-Chief Investment Officer

Shanti is responsible for 7IM’s investment products and services and how we communicate with customers. She also leads Marketing and Product Governance across 7IM’s different brands and business areas. Her mantra is simple: Making sure people understand their investments helps them make better decisions.

With an MSc in Management, Shanti brings both strategic insight and a gift for clear, engaging communication. You may have heard her on BBC’s Radio 4 Today programme if you’re an early riser; she’s been a regular guest since 2018.

Shanti grew up in Oregon, which is on the west coast of the USA. She was a competitive gymnast and still travels to see the ‘big’ competitions, like world championships, when she can.
