Managing Director, Private Clients

Ben joined 7IM in 2024 as Managing Director, Private Clients, bringing with him extensive experience in private banking, wealth management and investment management within the financial services industry. Prior to joining 7IM, Ben was the Managing Director, Head of Private Banking at Santander, where he developed and implemented a multi-year strategic growth plan to build their UK private banking business. Earlier in his career Ben worked both as an Investment Manager and also a Private Banker, becoming a Chartered Wealth Manager 2013. Ben is passionate about creating and developing high performing teams with a client-centric approach.

His interests include kitesurfing, travelling, cycling, and spending time with his family. Ben has participated in several global charity events and is even a Guinness World Record holder, participating in the largest parade of kite surfers in the UK covering a one-mile course.
