Chief Transformation Officer

Harriet became Chief Transformation Officer at 7IM after building experience within our Private Clients and our Investment Management businesses, before specialising in Change Management.

Since starting her career in 2016, most of her roles have been at 7IM, where she has built a reputation for delivering complex change with pace and control. As a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) charterholder, she brings a rigorous, data-driven approach to shaping operating models and technology-enabled improvements that enhance client and adviser experiences.

In her role, Harriet leads enterprise-wide transformation, overseeing technology initiatives. Her remit spans product, development, testing and change delivery to align execution with client and adviser outcomes.
