Liz has over 25 years’ experience in leadership roles within financial services, she has a long standing reputation for building strong, capable and experienced teams that deliver.

Prior to joining 7IM in 2015 Liz led successful operational teams at both BestInvest (Tilney) and Pershing Securities Limited.

As Chief Operating Officer, Liz is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation that supports all areas of the business. In addition to the day to day oversight of operations, Liz chairs our authorised corporate director (ACD) committee and manages key vendor relationships. Liz is passionate about creating change in the sector and believes promoting diversity and new ways of working are key to the future. Liz won mentor of the year in the Women in Investment Awards 2017 and is an active speaker at schools promoting financial education and opportunity in the industry.
