Platform Service Manager

Louis started his career at Metro Bank as a Customer Service Representative, specialising in Personal, Business and Lending products. He was there for three years gaining knowledge within the banking sector, before joining Fidelity to try a new challenge in the Financial Services Industry. Louis was a Client Service Associate at Fidelity, which was part of a team that serviced the main firms to ensure that relationships were maintained. He was there for just under two years before making a move to 7IM in order to further his career and increase his skillset.

Louis plays football three to five days a week and has his own Sunday League team, which keeps him extremely busy throughout the week. He loves to socialise with friends and family, especially when the sun is shining.
