Our Networks
Our colleague-led Networks are the focal point of our DIB programme.
Each Network is run by team members with a passion for that particular subject who work to bring focus and understanding to the area.
The Gender Equality Network
Our first colleague-led Network, established in 2021. The group aims to attract, retain and develop talented women in/to the business. It also focuses on initiatives to address the gender pay gap as part of our HM Treasury Women In Finance Charter commitment.
The Menopause Network
Established in 2022, the group works to educate the wider team on the challenges facing those going through menopause and how they can support their colleagues. It also acts as a support group for individuals to share their experiences or get additional help.
The Pride Network
Established in 2023, the group aims to raise awareness within the business of issues affecting the LGBTQIA+ community and bring about change to make it an equitable and inclusive working environment to all. It also acts as a safe space for people to share their experiences and get support from others.
The EmbRACE Network
Launched in March 2024, the group’s focus is to encourage conversations about race and ethnicity across the business to promote understanding and collaboration. It also acts as a safe space for people to share their experiences and get support from others.
The EnABLE Network
Launched in May 2024, the group aims to promote understanding of disability and neurodiversity within the business to enable people to best support their colleagues. It also acts as a safe space for people to share their experience and get support from others.
