Emma joined 7IM in February 2024 after working at Scottish Widows for six months as a Client Services Assistant, having already gained four years’ experience in customer services.

She graduated from Heriot-Watt University in June 2023 after studying International Business Management with Human Resources.

In her spare time, Emma enjoys going out with friends and family.
