    He has over 30 years of industry experience within a Cardiff-based Financial Planning firm, James Hay, Elevate and Parmenion. Over the last two decades he focused on Wrap Platforms following a period as a Pensions Manager, an area that remains a passion.

    Andy is known for his consultative approach to guiding professionals through the complex landscapes of regulation, investment, and technology. He aims to use this experience and understanding to help partner firms enhance their efficiency and deliver outstanding outcomes for their clients.
